Customer Relations
At Luci Foreman, we put Customer Service at the heart of everything that we do. We strive to get it right, first time, every time but occasionally things don't go as planned.
We believe that you have the right to know what level of service you can expect to receive from us at luci foreman, even in those rare moments when we may fall short of the very high standards that we set for ourselves.
We offer a 7 day guarantee on all hair and beauty treatments. If in this period of time you feel that the service you received wasn't quite what you expected or wish to change anything then please contact us within this time and we will do everything we can to accomodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products or services without a valid receipt and must be brought in within 7 days.
GHD's
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on GHD straighteners. This is due to counterfeit products available on the internet. If you find a fault with your straightners, GHD offer their own warranty and can be contacted directly. We will be happy to post your GHD straightners back to GHD free of charge.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase either in salon, via email or over the telephone. All vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase and are non extendable.
